Default pump head

is anyone on here running the 14mm pump head and 4mm bigger cam plate? what are the street manners of a truck built like that

Most recomend not running them together, it will lock up your pump.

All teh 500+ HP trucks are running a 14mm Head and rotor.

yeah they don't seem to have a good rep for reliablilty.... was looking into it till i found out the pumps become very unreliable, better off with a p-pump if ya wanna go over 500hp

Lots of people having good luck with a quility 14mm head. When they address the fuel supply and pump cooling they can be daily drivin.

Plus a 500hp VE has better street manors then a 500hp P-pump.... But that only matters if your looking for a DD.

RSWORDS are they just running the head or the cam plate and the head? i would still like to swap to a 14mm head. but there too i want a DD so i don't want any problems

KTA makes the only reliable head, You can find him on 1stgen.org, the Rocken Texk seem to be hit and miss. Some say great things, some say bad things. In reality you dont even need to think about it until you get to 450+ HP. There is SO much other stuff you need to do to be able to run a 14mm head and rotar.
