Default exhaust to turbo

I have turned up my fuel pump and have adjusted the throttle along with more air intake. Could this power increased or air increasment cause the pipe to be "pushed off" the turbo? and is there a way to fix it without welding them together?

tighten up the v band clamp, that shouldnt ever come off if its tight there is no need to weld it up. if its all the way tight you got a problem somewhere the back outlet of the exhuast housing is cracked something but it shouldnt just fall off. more power would not make it fall off

I know that my downpipe attached to the back of the turbo is in rough shape and the PO made a buggered up patch, but it still leaks some exhaust, especially when you tromp on it. But coming with the new exhaust will be a downpipe, so I'm saving my pennies up until then.
