It's real easy man! I have never even seen an injector before and i did mine no problems or screw ups. If i can do it you can too. undo all of the return line banjo bolts, and move it up and over out of the way. then take of the main fuel lines, move them out of the way slightly. you can bend the lines a little but not to much. Then remove the tetaining nut from the injector. To pull mine out i took a lug nut off and threaded it onto the old injector, then put a crow bar under the lug nut and on top of the exhaust manifold. Hit the end with a hammer slightly and the come right out with a few hits. Double check to make sure the old copper washers come out with the old injector which they did on mine. Then put the new one in. torque the retaining nut to 44 lb. ft. i did one injector at a time and it helps to take the truck to a car wash and wash off all the old oil and grease from the injectors first. when all are in, reinstall all fuel lines but do not tightten the main lines all the way. cranke the engine a few time till you see fuel outta a couple lines, tighten those line all the way then crank again till the other fuel lines start sprayin fuel. tighten everything down the she will start right up! Will idel rough and sound bad for a few minutes but the engine will level out. hope this helps and good luck!

Between the nut that holds the injector and the injector itself.
