Default truck ideling high

Hello everyone I have a 1991 dodge w250 intercooled cummins, and I Turned my fuel screw way in then backed it out a 1/2 turn, and backed out my idle screw all the way, but my truck still idles really high, what can I do to fix the problem. The truck runs awsome, has lots of power now, but just idles really high. Thanks

Check to see if your full fuel screw is backing in and out.My truck did the same thing. If it is i just took a hammer and a big chizzel and bent it a liitle down.
