Should the high pressure pump be the better one to get or just get the low pressure pump. Im looking at getting big injectors and a new turbo? Not sure on injectors yet.

no the HP pump puts out WAY more than our pumps can handle "they" say that the VE can only handle about 15PSI I am running 22PSI on the one I am working on and it takes every bit of it lol

I just bought the low pressure piston pump and parts.

There is some updated part numbers for the list of parts you need for the conversion.
Low pressure piston lift pump - 4988751 (1)
Fuel line - 3914753 (1) same as before
Gaskets - 3939258 (2)
Spacer - 3914284 (1) same as before
Seals - 3963983 (2)

One of the vendors sells a kit that includes everything to do this swap for quite a good price. I just can't remember who that was. Anyone else seen it?

to clear this up, is the lift pump in this sticky the same as the second gen, but with the low press spring? And if i get the second gen pump, i need a regulator? But in doing so i can easily up my press after mods or say... a p pump? :tu:
