I will no longer do 6-hole nozzles, either they will be 5-hole VCO or 5-hole sac.

6-hole nozzles are not worth the time, that is the point.

Weston the guys setting records with these 1st gens beg to differ. I dont know why but the 6 holes perform WAY better then a 5 hole, most of us wont even waste time with a 5 hole. IF they take that much time to do then you should be paid for that time. If they run as clean as you say they do then people will pay a premium for them. My 6x16's smoke like crazy at idle. :D

The intercooled piston is the same as the 180hp and 215hp P7100 piston, there is no reason for the 6-hole injector to be of a better design. On the dyno, all things constant, a 6-hole made ~ 11hp more than a 5-hole nozzle. If the public knew the things I know, they would be shocked.

I think its more related to the pressures the VE puts out compared to the P-Pump. For you to get the same amount of fuel from a 5 hole injector as a 6 hole I dont belive the VE will atomize the fuel. I pumps dont fuel as hard as a P-Pump... We need HUGE injectors to make any power.

I by no means am saying that the 6 hole is an end all... Just no one has found a 5 hole that will make the power as a 6 hole in a VE pumped truck.

That is awesome then! Like I said, not saying a 5 hole cant be better, just that so far it has not been better! If you say you have a 5 holer that performs like a 6 I belive you!

It's not a VCO nozzle, just got off the phone with a few guys dynoing at Lloyd Mills' shop, seems there are a few differences that I didn't see making the numbers they did.
