Default hx40? to BIG?

Hey guys, I was lookin into buyin an hx40 for my truck. i dont have anything really done to it besides a GSK, pump turned up, and a straight pipe. So i was wonderin if thats to big. i plan on daily driving it but also takin it to do a lil pullin in the summer. Oh also its a 91 intercooled! Thanks in Advance.

As long as you get a HX40 with teh 16cm housing it will be a nice set-up. the Super HX40 will be even better. Be careful about barking the turbo though, the HX40 kinda has a weak shaft and barking it can break it.

well the one i was lookin to buy has a 19cm housing. thats prolly way to big right? also wastegated or non??

You will want wastegated and yes a 19cm will be WAY to big. (I didn't know tehre was a 19 but there are ALOT of set-ups.) Even teh 18com is way to big. VERY laggy on the street

also how much more power am i goin to be lookin at here??

All depends. with stock sticks and a pump maxed 300-325 REALLY HOT Horsepower... Maybe some more.
