I just clipped one end. I feel like I took about 2 coils off and then bent the end into a loop

I currently have a lp piston lift pump. It has 5x.010 tips from a 215 p-pump truck. Trying to find some bigger nozzles I like. Pump is tweaked. Need to see how well the piston style lift pump keeps up with fuel supply before I do anything else.

I just cliped a 4200rpm spring used calipers and measured old 3200 spring. I ended up with the 4200 spring .010 shorter. All i had to do is adjust idle. It works very good.Good luck
