Default HE351CW?

I have been reading alot lately and i think i have decided that this turbo will be along the lines of what I need. The problem is, they look pretty complicated to set up. Anybody currently running one that can tell me the pros/cons of this turbo or anybody got any better suggestions. Also if anybody can explain how the setup works with these turbos?

aint trying to drop all this cash if i wont be able to get it to work.

Thanks

ive been reading on them and it seems that mounting it will be fine all that seems simple. ive read that the oil lines line up after you clock the compressor. is this true? also i am going to be intercooling it so ill have to figure out the whole intercooler setup. the only thing im kinda worried about is the wastegate setup. im NOT welding it shut. i dont have the ***** to do that. so setting up the wastegate seems complicated. is it really that bad or is it simpler than it sounds?

you take manifold pressure and hook it up to the wastegate. it doesnt matter where the reference line comes from. right directly after the turbo, compressor cover of the turbo, intercooler pipe, intake manifold, back of the afc like most factory ones are set up, ect ect. there is already a reference line hooked up to your afc. you can T into it and run one over to the gate, whatever and however you feel like doing it. the wastegate just needs manifold pressure thats it.

you have to run a line from all of them?or you just choose one however you want to do it? and it pretty much just works off of like a vacuum?and you t off of another line to do it?sorry for the ignorance but i have no clue about anything about them...i dont have one.

been reading on the ole shakey build...looks like you drill out manifold holes, get the plug where the sensor used to go, clock the compressor, oil lines bolt up?, then figure out something about the wastegate. Is this correct?am i missing some things?and someone please help me clarify about these wastegate set up.

again, sorry for the questions...but everyone has to learn sometime.

just one. a diesel has no vacuum. 1 line from the intake side of the turbo, doesnt matter where to the wastegate, thats it.

look at the blue line on my super B thats all you need to make the wastegate function properly. 1 line
