Default Programmer help and advice

Hey guys just got the truck. Done muffler delete and hollowed out the baffle tube in the intake. Now I'm not looking to get crazy horse power or anything like that, I'd like a little gain but mostly mpg, my buddy wants to sell me his old diablo predator. Anybody ran this or is using it now? What's the gains that I can expect on the mid range tune with what I have now? Thanks in advance. Fill free to throw in any advice u guys have.

Thanks for the help. I ended up buying and installing it. So far so good. Has pretty good power for my truck being basically stock and mpg has gone up as well. Good money spent
