anyone running a ppe downloder so far only used perf. setting 155hp but wow really impressive also have the edge ez i keep it mostly on level 1 ... pleaty power to slip factory clutch.

I had a buddy that worked for PPE for a while, and after seeing how many Dmax trucks they blew up, I will never put a PPE power product on my truck.

ITS CALLED A HEAVY FOOT I HAD PPE ON MY DURAMAX FOR 3YRS NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THEN I GOT A POWERJOKE HAD PPE ON IT NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AND NOW I HAVE A 05 CUMMINS AND SHE RUNS GREAT. O YA I RAN MY DURAMAX ON THE 325HP SETTING THE HOLE TIME EXCEPT WHEN TOWING NEVER A PROBLEM

 

Knock on wood, i have had a PPE on my 04.5 for almost 9 months, and 8 outta 9 months has been on the 215hp setting.. i accidentaly left it on 215 when we came back from Scheid pullilng a buddies truck with a 4wheeler and generator, I was worried about it, but it never got too hot and clutch didnt slip.. Everyone says SMARTY!! ever CR that i have heard of that melted down has been running a smarty.. probably no coincedence, but.. i will stick with my PPE, once i get this haisley dd clutch put in come spring time, i am sending my PPE off to get upgraded to the Hot ++2

 

^^^ Im runnin the hot+2 w/ lite timing and it runs great w/ my f-1 injectors!
