Default need some advice

i have a 2003 3500 dually. The only performance things i have done to it is an S&B intake and an edge chip that the previous owner put on it. I found a Bully Dog Triple Dog programmer for a fairly decent price though and was wandering about selling the edge chip. what i'd like to know though is how much would i have to worry about my transmission messing up? Thanks ahead of time for all replies

Depends on right foot, towing/hauling etc. I don't know much about dodge programmers but Id say stay away from edge and bully dog, saw a bully dog fry a trans in an 06 automatic.

I like my Bullydog. It's worked pretty good and my stuff has held together so far. Just know when to stand on it and when to ease into it. Just gotta learn how they work together. For the price it's pretty good I think.
