Sorry if im going a little off topic but im wanting to put the 5 inch turbo back on my 05 but ive heard pple say that a 5inch exhaust on a stock truck will actually loose hp due to not enoygh back preasure... is that true or jus pple being dumb

You will be fine my friend. The turbo it self creates all the back pressure you need.

Thats what i thout, no okw what bout sound difference between the 4" exhause andthe 5", is there a diffeence

5" will give you a deeper tone compared to a 4", as far as a performance difference you won't be able to tell from 4-5"

The only reason people go with 5" is for the beautiful noises that it makes. You wont get any power gains over a 4" aftermarket system from the same brand.

My buddy had a 5" on his 06' and it sounded like a friggen jet. He said that the shop did have to hammer a dent into his firewall so the 5" down pipe would fit. I wasnt there so I couldnt tell ya why they had to do it. And my exhaust is still mostly stock. Just missing the cat and the yahoo before me put 6' of flex pipe in its place so I have a saggy exhaust system I would go out and buy a 5" turbo back system by my wife would definitly know I did it. All my modds so far havent made it taller or louder so she doesnt know about em

i have 5 inch all the way to my tip...and my tip is 10 inch..check my pics if u dont believe...i think mine sounds awesome espically when im going up a hill around 1300 rpm and my twins start to light

How do you like your twins? And for the install. What all did you have to do/modify to get it all in there. An
