dual cp3s

i know there is kits to run dual cp3s but that kit makes each pump run on 1/2 power, is there a kit or programmer that makes both run at 100% to get more fuel?

There are many combonations out there. I've never heard the 50% thing. Smallest that I know of is 2 stockers. I could be wrong though.
