I have an 03 dodge, with a smarty, 5" exhaust, 120 hp injectors..anyways..I have more than enough fuel for the stock turbo. Even with my water meth on its too much fuel for it with the added turbo spool. So, a new turbo is in mind! It's my daily driver but pulls a large trailer..28ft enclosed. Not sure on weight, but it hauls a 2300 pound racecar, with all the tools, extra tires, parts, fuel, air compressor, generator..its heavy . So I want something that doesnt take 3 years to spool up as it is a manual and gets annoying pouring smoke through the beginning of every gear. However, I WILL get head studs down the road, so something that can produce 50psi, or over a tad is ok. I can probably adjust the wastegate until then so we dont have any issues. So lets hear it, I have my eye on the Aurora 3000 from ats, but I know others have tried various turbos and might have a better one in mind.
