Default New Cummins Build questions

I am getting ready to go on a deployment to afganistan. when i get back i will be buying a 03 or 04 cummins 4x4 4 door long bed 6 speed. these are my build plans:

2003-04 DODGE PHATSHAFT 62/80 350-600HP - industrial injection

DDP 90HP Common Rail Injector Nozzles 03-04 5.9L Dodge Cummins 90HP

Pureflow Airdog II Demand Flow 165 GPH Dodge Cummins 1989-2010 5.9L / 6.7L

ARP Diesel Head Stud Kit 247-4202

S&B cold air intake and intake manifold

Edge Products Cummins Juice w/ Attitude CTS

TS Performance Power Play MP-8 Module

South Bend Dyna Max Double Disc Clutch (Incl. Flywheel)

Dick Cepek DC-2 Black Wheel - BFG mud terrain km2 tire - package

Grand Rock turbo back 7 inch dual stack kit

TOATL should be about $9500

My questions are what do you think of this combo? Is there anything you would change? What kind of power numbers should I be looking at with this combo?

IMO I would go for a 64MM turbo just to be safe with EGT's. And depending on your tune, you may wanna go with industrial injections Bag of parts for your CP3 ($350) just to make sure your CP3 pump will keep up with all your other upgrades. OH! and a 2-piece or 3-piece 3rd gen manifold since the 3rd gen 1 piece manifolds like to crack.

OK i will for sure get a bag of parts from II. What intake manifold would you reccomend?

the s&b kit i was looking at was the airflow package which includes the cold air intake and the intake manifold.

Also i thought a 62 turbo was better for pulling but is it not big enough for the 90hp injectors?

I'm talking exhaust manifold, not intake manifold. And 62 maybe fine, but my friends 62 ran really hot and he had to upgrade to a 64 and he only had 50HP sticks, Airdog, AEM brute force cold air, MP-8 and a Smarty, he was sitting in the 530-550 region, So I'm not completely sure on what his tune was, but its worth lookin into before you spend 1800-2000 on a turbo.
