Default Cat and muffler removal?

I just traded my 2nd gen in on a 06 3500 HO. What difference will removing the CAT make? And seperate from that what will removing the muffler do for my mileage?

It probably will not change your mileage. It will only increase the sounds.

I did my 07 and without having an aftermarket CAI its not going to do much but make a lot of sound . When i did my I had my Ram Air Intake off and had my stock one on it didn't do any good . I had to get a new piece for my Ram Air ,then I put it back on and it help out some with the cat and muffler deleted.
