2005 mod list ? im a 12v guy.
ok guys i was trying to kid myself and not mod my 2005....YEAHHHHHHHHHH right!
OK this it waht i was thinking.
Fass Platium
Smarty TNT programing
trans most likly dave G
maybe a 2nd gen man. fold like the sound better.
OK now for a turbo. I was thinking either 64/71/14 (bd special or quick diesel 64 HTT) or my stocker over a 475. I dont tow or anything its just my truck period. I had a HTT quick diesel 64 on my modded 12v and i loved it!!!! figured my CR would be even better for it.
please add or subtract as you see fit for me. Smarty has to stay but different programing can be suggested. dont really want ot run a pressure box.

Fass? definately! The injectors need all the help they can get. Maybe a modified cp3 too. Feeling generous? chill the air-charge with an aftermarket intercooler. For the Turbo, talk to the guys at Torque Diesel...You'll get the straight dope. (trust me on this one) Most important though-carry a spare serpantine belt.

id suggest an airdog over the fass. but deff need one or the other.
goerends is deffinately my first suggestion on a trans. im running his TC and VB and have had 0 problems out of it and made a world of a difference.
if you go with a 2nd gen manifold u will have to get a different down pipe and figure out a different charge air tube between the turbo and the intercooler.
let me know if i can help you with any of it

Definitely a lift pump with filters is the first mod that should be done on any common rail truck. A smarty is a forsure programmer. And for a trans the goerends are great! Or there are also rebuild kits out there that are good as well. And for the 2nd gen manifold do they really change the sound that much? because you would have to build a intercooler, and down pipe to make it fit. And what injectors are you thinking of running with that turbo?
