When you use a smoke switch often, it's not good (hard on the engine?). It makes it think it's getting a lot of boost so it will give more fuel. But, if that's what he wants, there's a bunch of posts on smoke switches.

if you want smoke... get a 12valve... pull the plate and gut the AFC

but seriously.... with power comes smoke.... *CENSORED* hate seeing videos of slow tards like yourselves with tons of smoke "leaking" from the exhaust and nothing's really happening...

my truck is "moderately" quick and therefore it "moderately" smokes

before i took my truck out of service for "reconditioning" it was getting all the power out of the fuel burned. it would smoke a little and i mean little. not pure black just a dust that is called set up right as far as a street truck is concerned. a pulling truck is a little different but they have a totally different setup with them its dump the fuel and hope you can burn as much as possible with most of the 12valves. when you go to an electronic injection you shouldn't see all the black smoke if they're tuned right so all in all smoke = you aint doin so hot

If you are blowing smoke you are wasting fuel.......at fuel prices these days, I don't ever want to see smoke. My 04 does not smoke, even with the Smarty on # 9.
