Default Dr performance stacked with Hypertech programmer

Ok I have a Stock 2005 3500 with a 4 inch lift with a dr performance single stage. Do you think it would be bad to stack it with the programing stage 1, 2, or 3? I do have a AFE stage 2 intake and exhaust coming in a few days. Shoudl I take off the Dr performance? I dont want to harm the motor
