Mine did the same thing when I bought it. Assuming you have the cable hook it up to your computer download the Update Agent from BullyDog and update it. That's what I did and it worked for me. I have the Crazy Larry as well and it makes good power you will probably find yourself watching your EGT gauge a little more if you load the Crazy Larry cause its runs pretty hot. I have a stock turbo, sticks and fuel system and I can see 1450 - 1500 degrees WOT and about that time I back out of it to attempt not to break or melt something. Haven't ran a smarty yet so i don't know the difference, but I personally like my BullyDog. Just my .02 cents!

dang man. What are you doin to kill your mileage that bad. I know the lift and tires is killin you but geez. 10mpg is pretty bad. Do you have the 5.9 or the 6.7?

5.9... idk but its bad. It took a nose dive when I put the turbo on. I still have smarty for when I wanna make big power, I don't have cl on bully dog yet but runnin bully dog on extreme and dr p I have less smoke down low, still enough power to spool, and I've seen an improvement on mpgs so I'm thinkin bout just runnin bully dog for everyday drivin.. oh yea... so far smarty is still the powerhouse..
