Default been runnin a 66 for a couple weeks...my thoughts

So through my hours and hours of searching trying to figure out which turbo to go with, I found the general opinion is that a 66 was too laggy for street driving. I went ahead and got a htt prostreet 66 due to the power goals that I have set for my truck. I have a one ton megacab lifted with 37s. I tow 10000-15000 occasionally and drive it daily. Yea its laggy but not bad enough for me to change my driving habits. I can still pull out in traffic and not get ran over. I used to hit 1800 degrees now at wot I can't touch 1350 at 45psi. It pulls hard until I let out of the throttle. I have completely stock fuel system with tnt lvl 5. Towing isn't bad at all... a lot lower exhaust temps, just have to keep rpms up"kinda like drivin a 88 chevy" . Over all I love it. A few of my buddies have drove it and they didn't complain at all. I've just never found a post that gave a detailed first hand opinion of runnin a big turbo with stock injectors and such. My only complaint so far is fuel miliage seemed to suffer butg its hard to tell if that's the turbos fault or me lovin the sound of that thing lighting... I am plannin on doin this whole not so secret spool aid when I get a couple days off just to see the results... just my honest opinion nothin more

Did ur mpgs go to crap with the bigger turbo? Those are some mean pipes u got on that thing lmao I. Used to think mine were big I'm hopin for close to 700 by the time I'm done with this thing... track times are kinda out of the ques with the weight... it'll be one hell of a grocery getter tho
