Default New truck help?

Hi, im a bit new to the CR world but im looking to get one in the near future. Ive been looking at two, one has an upgraded turbo, some head work, and a few other performance upgrades. The other is putting down almost 900 rwhp with twins, dual cp3, and other modifications. I was just wondering which would probably be the best to buy? The mildly built one is an 03 and the guy is asking 20K, and the other 900 rwhp which is an 06 is asking 27K. I also was wondering about the new crazy larry tune coming soon. Is it true that you have to register it because with a vehicle thats not in street use?

Btw, both trucks have around 100k miles and built transmissions

I'm new here too, but imho I'd go with the lesser built engine and use the difference in cash to customize to your liking. Or if you think the 900hp is what you want right away and can afford to keep it that way, then go for the gold.

Yea i was kinda worried about the expense of buying the 900 rwhp. I wasnt sure if it would cost alot of extra $$$ to keep it in tip top shape or not...
