Default lighting a big single

i wanted some input on what yall think and lighting a big single turbo?
its a 74mm bb, i do have a max spoolII cam and f1 springs. the truck is not running right now im puting in a built auto along with a whole list of parts. My truck is lifted with 37s so im more worried about the gears than any thing else.
So i have stock gears and 37s and im trying to light a 74mm bb turbo. i want 4.56s but the tranns ate that money for now.

Of course the 37's changes your gear ratio which slowed your spooling. The best way to light the turbo is nitrous. But it is hard on transmissions unless yours is built to the gills. Why not fabricate twins (compound actually) with your stock turbo as the small one? It would spool quicker than your stock turbo did by itself and that 74mm would really sing. You could even tow with that setup and egt's would be reasonable.

Is this a S400 or 300 series or the like? Do you want to spool it sled pulling, drag racing, or what?

the tranns is goin to b pretty built. all billet shafts sun coast extreme rebuild kit goerond converter and a pcs. i want to run a two stage nitrous set up. later on though. i also have a gt 47 i was goin to run under my 62. i decided to ruun a big single instead its just alot of fun when they light. and i couldnt afford the twins right now.

the 74 i have is a gt42r which is a ball bearing garret. i love to sled pull when i can make it to them and drag race on occations. i want to light it with out nitous cuz i will drive it on the street.

it all depends on the tuning... i have an s400 quite a bit larger than that and get it lit and keep it lit with stock 3.73's and 35" tires. Yours should lite pretty good especially being the ball bearing type. id just throw it on there and see how you like it. everyone has there own version of streeetable. to me when i had my 475 i pulled trailers and drove the truck daily without an issue. hope this helps what size is that gt47 you have?

Its a T-4. Again I don't know the specs off the top of my head. But its still n the box. It one of the smaller 47s I believe like an 82 mm cold side o somthing around that. Ill get you all the info when I get home. The shop I got it from said it would support 1100hp I believe. Thanks again and ill get you the specs when I get home.
