You will notice an increase on the bottom end but some trucks lose top end power with the Comp/Smarty Stack. Best thing to add with the Comp is a good set of injectors.

The thing to watch out for as far as stacking with the Edge Juice involves the 03-04 "555" Cummins Engines. According to Edge, The Juice adds PRESSURE at the lower RPMs and transitions to timing and duration higher up in the power band on these engines. If you have a 555 engine, you really have to be careful what you stack with a Juice.
I've been told the Diablo Puck and even their Predator down-loader actually play pretty well with the Juice on the the 555 and may consider the down-loader when/if I upgrade my injectors and lift pump. Both are beyond their max with the "HOT" Juice.

how would you go about stacking 2 plug in modules since they use the same map sensor plug ins and such. also i have heard its not good to stack with edge juice on 03-04.5

My plan is to do the mp8 also, i have a 04.5 run edge hot unlock with a airdog and did 439/859 on the dyno just as she sits.

The fade your talking about, you were running the rail dry, meaning the CP3 couldn't keep up with the fueling demand.

I strongly advise getting a rail pressure gauge and an aftermarket fuel pump, BEFORE you stack chips and programmers on a common rail. Possibly a bigger CP3 also.

Great info so far, i know a guy that is selling me his juice with attitude for 200 because it "quit working" when he had the hot unlock code put on, I think he stacked a smarty with it at the same time so that would be his real problem there! I all ready have a edge ez so I'm glad to hear that they will work well together, where is a good source for getting a rail pressure gauge and what should it be running at?

Personally - Ditch the Edge. We have been pulling them out at a rate of about 2 per month.

You want power? Smarty with gauges. Add a TS MP8 for flavor. It will run . . . . . .

Put a transmission in it and it will really run!

You would see a better increase in power and performance from a nice set of injectors. If your running a stock turbo we have some 60hp injectors that would work perfect. If your planning on an aftermarket turbo or don't tow then we have some larger injectors that would work as well.
