2004 3500 Cummins "Shaking"
Ok so...never had any pickups before with larger than stock wheels or a lift on them. We bought this truck around 4-5 months ago and it has a "shake" in it once you get around 61-62 mph and up. The shake is on the front end and the steering wheel doesn't shake or wobble, just the truck's front end really. Told the dealer about it and after around 2 months of basically screwing around, shipping the truck back down there (around 100 miles away) back n forth, all they ended up doing was all ball joints and 1 shock....
Nothing had changed - still shaking on down the road . They're out of the picture now anyways so for the past few months now we've been trying to figure out what in the world is wrong with this truck! A few weeks ago we replaced the tie rod ends, steering stabilizer, drag links, etc then did a wheel alignment and for around 200 miles or so it actually switched around and drove decent more of the time then it would go vibrating a little but then go away. Was nice when it lasted!
It is an early 04 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4, with 19.5 rims on 265 tires. I'm really not sure if it has a lift on it...it does sit up quite high but if it does have a lift i'm thinking that it's definitely no more then a 3" lift. This truck has been to countless places including 2 larger Dodge dealers and they just can't figure it out i guess. They both say everything looks ok under there. So i'm wondering before i start to search for a shop that does lifts, which i'll have to go atleast 100 miles away to do so...should i go ahead and try to change to lifted shocks? And get a drop down pitman arm aswell?
Any ideas would be good...pics of the truck are in my profile. Thanks

Yea i'm pretty stumped here. Also i forgot...the dealer we got it from originally thought it was a belt in 2+ tires..so spent over $1,400 and replaced all tires and nothing happened. And i'll go outside right now and see if i can get some decent pics
EDIT: Got a few pics of rear and front. And yes i know that one shock is pretty old . I also forgot to mention it's generally off and on, for example it will be wobbling away then all of the sudden for maybe 1-2 mins tops it will ride normal then back to the shake
