Question What Do Ya'll Prefer?

I am running a superchips flashpaq on my truck. I am impressed with the over all performance and results I have gotten. I am getting around 18-21 mpg on the highway. Is there other programmers that can do better? Does anyone have the superchips firefly? If so are they worth it? Thanks for the input ahead of time.

The firefly would be a great thing to stack with the Programmer. It's an Edge EZ which does pressure so it would compliment the programmer nicely. It would be a similar stack to the DiabloSport Predator and Puck but the Diablo has a few more custom and higher HP tunes that support it. The Smarty is another one that stacks well with pressure boxes too so you have quite a few choices it just depends on how crazy you want to get and if you are wanting to go to different supporting mods like a turbo, etc.

I have sold the Diablosport stack setup to many people on line, but never locally. Any issues or complaints? Most likely I will put a Quad Race box (no timing) in the new truck with a Commander for control and gauges. If I stack it, I will most likely go with a Smarty. That will be after I pull the trans this winter and beef it up.

Yes when you start stacking boxes/programmers you MUST upgrade your tranny. At the least you need a new Torque Converter and a Valve Body. As far as more power most people like the Edge Attitude/Smarty Stack or the EZ/Smarty.

Life with a built transmission is so sweet! No worries, just put the pedal down and hold on! Seems Suncoast FINALLY got mine right, no problems since this last rebuild. Now we use mostly Goerends and HTS. Never had any experience with Dunrite.

I ran the Superchips, mainly for the 3600 rpm program, back when it was the only one. By it's self, did't really care for it, but I also was looking for much more than you are I think.

Quadzilla is great bang for buck. The Predator Stack combos are pretty sweet. Lots of guys have em and love em. Have yet to hear a bad thing about them.
