Am I asking for problems?
Injector life varies on a number of factors, but water and filtration seem to be the biggest killers. They might last a good long time on a stock truck with a stock filter that's being fed good clean fuel. The real danger is the side effects of injector failure - fuel dilution and it's consequenses, possible engine/piston damage due to excessive combustion temps, cylinder wash, etc. It's your engine.
I'd say the fuel pressure gauge takes precedence.

You can mount a 4th gauge on your a-pillar, mount it to the left side of the bottom gauge in a pod, it fits in that dead spot nicely. Actually you can mount 3 gauges to the left of the a-pillar.
You already have a 4" exhaust system, get a ME pipe, leave the cat, it will not change your in-cab sound much, but out the tail end it sounds awesome.
I tow, started with the Smarty S06, sold it and went with the Jr, MUCH BETTER and more suited for towing.
I don't have as much mileage on my rig as you do, but my mark for new injectors is when I see/hear symptoms that suggest one/more are going south. When I do the injectors, I'm going with 50's, they are a nice addition to a tow rig.
I added a 2-mic oil bypass filter AND a 2-mic fuel filter in the first few months of buying my truck - note that I bought it new and my reasoning was relative to protecting my investment.
Recently I got bored, decided to do a few 'improvments' so I added the GDP Air Boss Plenum, GDP Intake Horn, Stainless exhaust manifold, a WILD modded rail, and a d-tech 62-65-12 turbo. I already had a Ice Box Intake, installed it when they first came out.
As far as gauges - I have a custom 4-gauge pod over the instrument cluster - FP, RP, Boost and Pyro. Overhead, above the rear view mirror I have Oil temp, Trans Temp, Front and Rear Diff Temp. In an SRT-10 a-pillar I have an exhaust pressure gauge - keeps an eye on the PacBrake.
The nice part of the 'maikng it yours' stuff - is that it IS Burger King and you can have it your way. Go for what makes you happy, if you don't like it, change it.
Enjoy your new truck, have fun with it.
