Default New exhaust recommendations?

I need to put a new exhaust system on my truck. 03' / air dog 150 / K & N filter / 60 hp reman. injectors / fuel chip / What recommendations would anyone have. How much can I open up this exhaust system without causing problems with sensors and other issues?...

Our '07 has the cat deleted and an Aero 4040 muffler, sounds awesome, no issues. Lately tho, I've been considering putting a quieter muffler on, just in case the greenies or popo decides to take offense to it. I love the sound, but ya never know....

Just make sure you are going to be happy with a loud exhaust if you decide to go that route.

diamond eyes are a very nice kit that fit like a dream. i have done 5 of them and they have all fit good. They are cheaper as well and come with a muffler and a muffler delete kit.

I just run a 4' straight pipe. The girl sounds pretty good, i always get complimants. I never had any issues with the smokeys, but in my county you dont have emissions, so maybe thats why, i dont know. Plus its really not that loud untill you really step on it.

I run the 4" non-straight piped to an RBP (*Rolling Big Power) 5" pipe, sounds pretty great...with basically just an Airaid intake. Not too loud, not too quiet in the cab
