Edge on 3x3 setting works well for me, coupled with the fact that I don't romp on the accelerator. Running winter diesel, I have yet to drop below 20 hand figured, and did see a week of 22mpg strangely enough during some nasty weather when I was being extra careful of how I drove. In the summer I run 22-24 all the time. Biggest factor in fuel milage is the driver!

Wow! What it would be like to get that kind of mileage!! I have to settle for 14 - 16 at best.... (And I don't race or smoke 'ricers' for a living either. . . .)

(Now, if I go off the 'lie-o-meter' . . . . It will say 19+ a lot. But even that exaggerated number isn't as good as yours!)

I got 23.8 on my way home from FL. Truck is completely stock and I was running about 68 MPH.

Don't even check the 'lie-o-meter' it's a fact. These trucks can get great mileage, even stock but you wont get it if you don't try to.

Diablosport Predator Module is prolly the best for MPG's however, it will run hot too so make sure you have the proper airflow and whatnot too. But the 100hp performance tune will work really really well for our 610 series trucks. However I am very partial with smarty simply because the tunes are ridiculous and you can still get decent mileage out of them. I only get like 13mpg at the moment but I am also running an entirely different setup .....

Anyways, Predator does the best for mileage but if you run the RKL tune it will run incredibly hot so just remember that...
