Default Urgent Help with Banks six gun and IQ!!

Hey everyone, I just installed a banks six gun with the new iq on my 07 megacab long bed. I keep getting a error code on my IQ says "manifold absolute pressure (map) output voltage out of range". The truck feels damn slow and isn't itself...

Can anyone help diagnose this? anyone else experience this?

My truck has got stock electronics, but afe intercooler, ats aurora 3000 turbo, manifold, and intake plenum. along with a NAPD race tranny...

I am leaving for a 1500mile road trip tomorrow and need to get this figured out...I needs some guages on the trip (for hauling) and I procrastinated a bit..

Thanks!

Your in limp mode on account of the code. Check the connection out, make sure no loose wires, then try and clear the code. If it clears, found the problem, if not, got an issue with the Banks harness. If that's the case, remove the Banks, and see if the code clears and stays dead.

awesome thanks bill. So i checked the mainfold sensors an fuel pressure...It sounds like the truck could have another loose connection to make this problem? the manual says just to check the manifold sensor and try again (not much help)..

Thanks for the heads up on limp mode...hadn't thought of that...I will try all connections tomorrow and see if the problem persist..otherwise I am going back to my old programmer

Thanks

IIRC, it's like the sensor isn't even plugged in.

Unplug just the MAP sensor connection, then clear and re read codes. If the code comes back, look at the connection on the truck.
