Default Tips and tricks to increase fuel economy?

I just got an 04 dodge it's bone stock. What are some tips to get better fuel milage? I'm gonna have to wait to get a tuner.. I was thinking about a smarty when the time comes. Untill then I'm lookin for some DIY stuff to do.. Some more details on the truck.. It's got 93XXX, auto, 4x4, quad cab. Thanks for your help in advance!

Inflate your tires to max rated pressure and don't drive over 62mph.

Hey Whit I like your mod but when is to much timing a bad thing? My smarty has timing advance also!? For some reason my truck gets better milage at 70mph and 2100 rpm? So your gonna have to just drive a few tanks at different levels to see what works for you! The tire pressure made the biggest gains along with the smarty still trying to figure that thing out!!

My mp-8 seems to give me about 2mpg on full tilt! I'd suggest a scan pro to monitor vitals and MPG in real time!
