Default Air dog help

im installing an air dog 150 on my 2004.5 dodge and my question is the two return lines that are on the fuel filter housing what do i do with them? do i leave the whole filter assy on there and bypass it or should i buy the big line kit and go that route? any help will be appreciated.

The Airdog Kit bypasses the stock filter housing. The line running from your Airdog should connect right into your CP3.

I left them on and left that all stock, just hook all your lines back up to the tank, I don't know if it uses it but I left it.

I don't belive the return lines are on the filter housing at all. Those lines on the filter housing are supply pressure lines from the lift pump.
Like Luke said the Air dog 150 comes with a pickup tube stand pipe and hose kit to increase the supply volume to your injection pump.
I left my stock lines hooked up altho the lift pump and old fuel filter housing is sealed off.
In other words all i would have to do if the air dog ever fails is reconnect the stock fuel supply line from the fuel filter to the Inj pump, plug in the stock lift pump and i can run again on the stock pump to get home.

Be sure you have not blocked off your engine and pump return lines. Easy way to find this is follow the small line from the tank up to the front. Had a guy do this with the result of a melted engine. Filled the crank case full of fuel!! TWICE!!! 2 motors in 6 months before the dealer ship called and asked me about our units. Found out he installed it wrong.

So it is still using that return, I thought so, I just blocked the old pump line and left the rest intact

all i did was block off the filter inlet and outlet to the injector pump and left the return lines on the filter housing and the truck has been running for 500 miles now and no leaks.
