here's what i found on their site

SmartBox C5 Variations

Coming Soon....this page will be updated shortly

SmartBox C5 – Option 1

The SmartBox C5 will be available for all CR Dodge Ram from 2003 – 2006. It gives adjustments to fuel pulse width, pressure and injection timing on all models and also gives adjustment of boost pressure on the later models that have electronically regulated boost (2004.5 up).

The module will come standard with a 5 position lighted segment switch. The module will come programmed with 5 predetermined tunes varying from economy to moderately high performance (app 120 h/p)..

SmartBox C5 – Option 2

The 2nd level will be the SmartBox C5 with the vA Commander monitor to function as the switch as well as provide the safety defueling based upon egts, engine temp or trans temp. There is a pillar pod mount for the vA Commander available as an option.

This package should be offered with 5 module settings that vary from economy to high performance (app 160 h/p).

SmartBox C5 – Option

The 3rd level option will be the Smartbox C5, SmartMap software, tuning lead & programming power source. The SmartBox C5 will come with 5 pre-programmed settings that range from economy to high performance (app 175 h/p). The module will come standard with a 5 position lighted segment switch. The user will then have the capability to alter any of the tuning files, using a laptop computer, & save as desired. There will be a comprehensive user guide provided with the tuning software. This will allow the user to tune his module for optimum performance with any other modifications they may have.

Any C5 module purchased as option 1, or 2 can be upgraded to allow custom programming for a fee.

The vA Commander can be added at any time, to allow for monitoring and safety defuel.

The tuning software will be available for download from our website, but will not be functional until mated with the appropriate C5 module.

I have regularly made the 300D Merc-a diese turn up 5500; it was really reeally quiet except for the turbo whistle and the wind noise.

B/c @ 5500 it was free and easy at around 128 mph ( Complements of GA State Patrol; it is great to have had friends with radar guns tha towed me favors)

In order for you to turn that, it is possible. How? I don't know. The ECM has the hard stop at about 4100 rpm depending on truck. In order to rewrite the ECM code and map for RPMs, things that are illegal come into play. Chrysler will not allow anyone to "man handle" the ECM controls for RPMs. Now you can get that 4100 (under load) but after that defueling is the problem. Smarty has the ability to turn 5200rpm free rev but you'll see around 3900 going down the track with most of the soft stops for defueling still in place. The VA C5 does give you the capability to find those soft stops and over ride them but once you hit the hard stop of the ECM, you will be able to go no further. Don at VA has stated to me that at this moment in time they are not looking into how to eliminate that hard stop due to what it would take. That does not mean as some point they will not try to go further, but at this moment in time with the C5 just being released, nothing further is being investgated. There are ways around it, I found it with the VP trucks, but you are breaking alot of rules in order to do so and alot of money to break those rules....
