I have a 03 Dodge Ram with cummins fuel rail system.
I unplugged a "chip" from the fuel rail to diagnose a problem.
Now when I plug it back in the truck will not start and hit only spiratically.
Is this normal. Can I reset it somehow?....
Can it be plugged and unplugged without issue?

Can you tell me anything about it....
