im doing some research for a friend. he has a bully dog power pup and a 4in dp with a 5 inch the rest of the way and a K&N air box and filter. when he gets on it pops and cracks cause there is not enough fuel. in know on the 12 valves the govenor springs only allow it to rev to 3K then it defuels is that the same for the CR's

 

cr's don't have gov springs its all in the programing
