i was wondering what is the best chip to get for the 2005 5.9 cummins ive always hear smarty is the way to go any other suggestions?

 

I am running a Smarty now. I have also ran PPE, & Bully Dog. I can say on my 06 the PPE made the most seat of the paints powerand hights EGT. Bully Dog Triple dog, got the best MPGs, and the Smarty is a Smarty it is great on power, EGTs, and MPGs. Good luch hope this helps.

 

Smarty or Smarty Jr just depends what you want to do with your truck and how much you want to spend on other mods.
