Just wanted some opions/experience on a couple programmers. I have 06 megacab 6 speed thats currently stock. Just sold my 96 model that had mecanical upgrades & i already miss the power. I'm looking at bullydog or the smarty. I definetly want be able to change settings on the go. I've heard that you can get something to change settings on the go for the smarty? I'm looking for increased power for pulling g-neck trailers, but also would like some to get the bigger HP (~150) to have a little fun with from time to time

 

I would go with the bully dog GT over the PMT. lots cheaper and newer.

But I wouldnt expect any big mileage gains with the BD. Smrty is nice but you would still need gauges.

Go with the Smarty, you won't be disappointed.

 

with the BD GT you would have gauges and a programmer for $600-700. for $700 you would just have smarty. just something to keep in mind.
