Default Air Dog 150 Installed...

I bought an AD150, Glacier Cannister Eliminator Bracket, and have a new cannister style, draw straw-type setup, from Chris at HDR Diesel:

Here I have the fully modified, drop-in cannister from Chris at HDR Diesel:

03-05 dodge fuel pick up is here! - Idaho Turbo Diesels

no more 1/4 tank issues! - Idaho Turbo Diesels

So, with this cannister, install is cake!

I DO NOT have to cut, splice, or do anything with the fuel filler neck.

I can drop the tank and NOT have to worry about removing the large bed.

I DO NOT have to measure, cut, or worry about the draw straw length.

I DO NOT have to pop a hole in the fuel tank!

I simply remove the stock cannister and drop in the replacement cannister. How much more easy can that be?

The kits can be purchased for you to modify on your stock cannister or you can get the whole, entire cannister.........like I did.

I so happy I went with the HDR Diesel cannister, because it made the install alot easier compared to having to install a draw straw or even modify my stock fuel cannister.

I drove it for the past 5 days, and have yet to experience any leaks or malfuctions.

The Air Dog pump can be heard, but it not loud at all. At idle when the motor is running, I cant heard it. I only hear it when it is priming the system.

I can honestly say that the truck feels much, much stronger, especially when going from a dead stop or when mashing down on the pedal at about 30 MPH, it just pulls alot smoother and faster.....it is like the stock pump just could not keep up and the fuel flow is now readily available.

The truck pulls so much hard and drives like a difference truck, it is unbelievable the difference in just adding an aftermarket fuel system.

If anyone is interested in the modified cannister, here is the contact info for Chris:

I have driven the truck for 5 days, since the install.

Every day I drive the truck since the install, I am more pleased with it.

It seems like the stock pump just could not keep up with the fuel demands, especially with the Smarty SR set on the #7 tune.

Chris' drop in cannister made the process so much easier, and rather painless

The modified cannisters are the way to go!

I could not imagine trying to deal with the draw straw, cutting the tank, etc.....it is so easy with your cannisters and made the install alot easier for myself!
