Boost Fooler installed, what to expect

Just got my boost fooler installed today. I'm running my JR on SW3 and TM3, TQ3. What should I expect to see for boost, and which settings are best for power, MPG's, ect?

Should be able to hit 40psi. As for Jr. setting dunno, I have Sr. Theres a couple guys running the Jr. here and should be able to chime in.
