Default Intake Decision

hey guys
im wanting to get a cold air intake soon, and im just stuck between which brands to get. afe's are cool, but too expensive for my taste, so i was looking at s and b. anyone running their kit? how do you like it? any mileage increase noticable? also, just found this "icebox" intake while searching through the forums. how does everyone running one like it? thanks for the help DP

I love my S&B. LOTS more noise. I think I get a faster spool. I can't really say about mileage since I put it on just before winter.

S&B's are great intakes. We have some great deals going on with Quadzilla Monster Intakes. They use a AFE ProDry Filter Element.

I have an AFE stage 2. You can definately hear the turbo sing now Also while your at it take the turbo silencer ring out! I cant really say much about mileage, like jstange2, i put mine on right before winter so...

With Icebox you get to choose what filter you want to use, you also get to choose the color. Icebox also has a lifetime warenty even if your truck is wrecked.
Made in the U.S.A.

Some of the most popular colors are red, candy blue, white, and silver. We stock lots of other colors also. If there is a need for some out of the ordinary color there is a small charge for that. The filter that we prefer is the S&B, however filters like Amsoil Nano are also very good. The Icebox is made of 16 Gage cold rolled steel and welded together. If you have handled other products that say they are made of 16 Gage and than pick up an Icebox, you will know what who uses the good stuff. Each and every box is built and welded by hand, not by a machine. We take great pride in what we build.
