Default fuel pressure gauge question

I know another fuel pressure question but please bare with me here; Im finally going to get a gauge but was wondering the difference between mechanical and electric gauges? Which is better? And I was going to get the fuel filter cap with pressure port on it from geno's. Is this a good setup or am I missing the correct spot to get the reading from?

well electric you will not have any fluid running in the cab, mechanical uses a isolator with fuel on one side and antifreeze on the other going in the cab to the mechanical gauge. Mech. is more accurate but electric is a piece of cake to install, some say they are accurate as mech. but i know my electric works good for me. It really boils down to what you want, they both are good setups!
