Default Bye Bye VP-44

Hello CP3!!! As some may know, my dads 2001 had a vp go splat. So chrysler was going to pay for it...but he went on and got a 2004.5 long bed quad cab laramie. 68k. I don't like it...to quiet pretty fast though. Already has trailer brake and gooseneck setup. But my truck and the 2001 were so much louder. Did the first bomb when we got the truck stop...undid that stupid seatbelt chime. Thank god its in the owners manual, I knew I could find it on here, but MAN!!! Oh well, waiting for my chance to get behind the wheel and let er rip. Oh yea...it's got flipout power heated towing mirrors. Wanted those so bad for the 2001. Oh well...no more vp. Any suggestions on things to do to it for cheap? Pics to come in the morning.

oh yea...I've drilled it long enough. I told him before the vp went since I knew about it to get a fp gauge...oh no it won't happen to me. You're speaking life and death in your tongue. I told him, you can count on man's product to let you down, and there have been enough let people down. But now after he saw the 1600+ repair bill, he knows about getting the gauges now.
