All the vent mod does is moves the vent hose on the fill tube from the front of tank to the raised portion of the tank at the rear.It makes fillups a lot quicker ,because the nozzle doesn,t wont keep kicking off like an unmodded truck.Other than that theres no benefit.

Gator, 'tis well worth the effort to check into. It's more or less what JY04 said. If you like filling up to the brim it's AWESOME! My truck cuts off after four more gallons than it did before the vent. I think it's probably the best time/money spent on my truck (other than the Edge ).

Just make sure your leavin room in the tank for the fuel return line to drain back into it. If you filling above the return line you are holding excess pressure in the fuel supply system.

Anybody have or know where to find a "How To" for the install?

I have been thinking about getting one to put in my truck...... I can fill my tank in like 5min but then spend another 10 to 15 putting in the last 4 gallons to top off

You refer to the roll-over vent mod, they are talking about the fill neck-vent mod...two different things.
