I got the chrome plug cover from Freightliner along with the insides, bought 3ft of bulk extension cord wire, and stainless nuts and bolts. I'm pretty happy with the end results!

I don't think anybodies chord is long enough for that much of a reach, that's why I had to build and extension.

looks good, makes this easier too for the winter time and dont have to keep that ugly cord hanging out

That looks great! I need to do something like that i'm tired of my cord swinging around the front end of my truck hanging off my tow hook

looks like its going to work great backin up with the cord also easy way to not rip it out
