Just curious why you got rid of your Smarty?

BTW, I thought TST was making the stuff for Painless.

Needed the money & I'm not sure who's making the electronics for Painless.

I thought I heard that somewhere.

Ok, I thought maybe you didn't like the end all say all to the diesel world.

According to the Painless Performance website, they guarantee the Striker FE to add 2-3 mpg or money back.

I think DB has a give away going on right now to win; but I haven't heard too much in the way of reviews of them.

I have and Edge EZ and want to know if I can keep that and add the Striker FE? And also a review if anyone has used the Striker FE?

The FE was on back order, so they sent me a Striker II for the same price. Both of em are pressure boxes, i.e. plugs into the rail pressure sensor, but the Striker II claims 65 extra hp and has a 5 setttings w/ a fuel economy setting. Can't hardly tell the increase in hp, still too early to see a mileage gain.

I would be really interested to see if you get the 2 to 3 MPG gain they claim, would you post your mileage before and after the install? Could pay for itself quick if the MPG gains are real. Thanks.

Power on Demand will yield very good increase, could be in the 20-30% range
