turbo numbers meaning?

turbo numbers meaning?
so from what ive found the stock turbo is a 60/60/9 ? is first 60 the compressor (boost) the 2nd 60 turbine (egt) then the 9 the housing size? also looking at a 62/71/.70 and a 64/71/.70 with same mods on truck what would i see boost number wise and egt difference in turbo size other then spool time?
