I found someone selling a BD diesel short throw shift kit, and I do not know if it will fit my truck. BD only makes kits for 03-04 dodge ram diesels with the NV5600 tranny. I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L with the 6spd tranny. Does anyone know if one of these kits will fit my truck? I don’t want to rip apart my consol to look before I ask. Thanks!



Nevermind, I found the answer. My truck has the G56 tranny. It replaced the NV5600 in 2005. The seller of the short shift kit also has the G56 tranny and claims it will not work on his truck.
