Default 2003 CR head porting?

I've been thinking about this since I bought my pickup. How beneficial is porting the stock head of a 24v? I'm very experienced with both cast and aluminum head porting and have been grabbing carbide burrs up every time I have money. If it do this it'll probably be after I buy new exhaust manifold /header. But any experience with dyno numbers would be helpful, ive never been around diesel with ported heads but I do it to every gas owner I can convince needs to have me port their heads and they all end up very happy and It made alot of difference on my old 327sbc and my hotrod 402 BBC because I'm to poor to buy heads. I've practiced up on 2 old ford 300 motors to understand the i6 head a little better and it's pretty easy I just want to know it's worth tearing my truck down and spending some hours on the bench doing it

You can only port the exhaust side unless you cut off the intake plate
and buy a new side draft intake, $$$$$ I also cleaned up bowls.
