Bullydog Slow Reacting To Power Level Change?

has anyone with the outlook has any issues where when you switch power levels it is not changing the level right away? Sometimes it does it instantly sometimes and others it a slow to change. Any suggestions?

I Try not to change my Programmer on anything other than idle Ive fried an Edge Comp turning it up to pass someone once ,,,it was instant
